A clean and simple Korean traditional soy source marinated crab restaurant.

This crab menu is comparatively not very salty, so non-Korean people can try easily. In fact, many non-Korean visitors enjoy the menu.

In addition to the taste of menu, staffs speak English, Chinese, and Japanese, so most of customers can order menu and have conversation about food comfortably.

The restaurant has been selected by MICHELIN Guide Seoul (from 2017 to 2019) and Blue Ribbon (from 2016 to 2019).

MICHELIN Guide Inspector said:

“This is the first Seoul branch of the acclaimed Taean County restaurant, located on the west coast of Korea. The name of the restaurant, which translates into “flower crab house” specializes in soy sauce-marinated flower crab, prized for their sweet flesh. Each spring, when local flower crabs are in season, they are caught and flash frozen to be used throughout the year. The crabs are prepared in Taean and sent to Seoul. Seafood side dishes also excel.”
