Introduction

Franciscan Foreign Kindergarten was founded in 1975, on directly off the main Hannam-dong Street. Its campus includes 2 buildings, 2 spacious outdoor playgrounds, 2 indoor playgrounds, wading pool, and a rooftop garden. The classrooms and school are newly renovated, offering a child-centered and inquiry-based education for toddlers (age 2 & 3) through kindergarten age (age 4 & 5) children.

Curriculum 

FFK designs its curriculum for developing children’s ability of ‘Care for Self and Others’ (Self-Acceptance and Discipline, Accepting Challenges) and ‘Explore and Create’ (Drawing, Writing, Music, Movement, Construct, Create, Inquire, and Investigate).
